Fill level meters ASV Stubbe HFT, UFM, CFP, NIS, BSS, etc.

Filling level sensors, hydrostatic, type HFT. The HFT sensor detects the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid in a tank with a known geometry and recalculates this indicator into the filling level. Along with versions of the sensor with a separate probe and a connecting cable, there is also a compact model of the device used in cases where it is impossible to use oscillatory measuring heads.
Models: HFT C4, HFT R, HFT MD
Hydrostatic level sensors, type HFB. The HFB level sensor is a pressure transmitter for measuring the refueling level using the bubbling method. It measures the air pressure in the hose or tube reaching the bottom of the tank, which corresponds to the hydrostatic pressure at the bottom of the tank. Thanks to the installed, electronically controlled air compressor, this hydrostatic pressure is retained in the measuring hose or tube.
Models: HFB C4, HFB R, HFB MD
Level sensors, ultrasonic, type UFM. With the help of the UFM sensor, non-contact measurement of the filling level can be performed. This sensor is especially suitable for working with aggressive chemical environments. This compact device detects the liquid level in the range from 0.25 to 6 m through a continuous ultrasonic sensor, which is placed in a PVDF capsule. The accuracy of the sensor is 0.2% FS with a resolution of less than 1 mm. This sensor has been specially designed to work in large tanks.
Models: UFM C2, UFM C4, UFM R, UFM MD
Boundary state sensor, conductive, CFP type. This sensor is available with two or three probe rods made of high quality steel. When the electrical circuit is closed between rods up to 1 meter long, the built-in electronic relays (24 V) are switched. The basic version of the sensor allows you to work with two final filling levels. Using the conductive measurement method, CFP determines the filling level in electrically conductive liquids.
Level sensor, type NIS. This sensor monitors the boundary state of up to 4 filling levels. The device works with membrane switches, each of which is mounted on a receiving tube in a container not under pressure. When the pipe is filled with a medium, a hydrostatic pressure of the air column occurs in the switch tube.
Bistable switch, type BSS. Designed to measure the filling level when using mechanical level indicators (magnetic switch on a cord or magnetic float).
